Repair Services
We have the component repair facilities necessary to keep you on the cutting edge of fluid power technology:

• Repair of most types of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, including industrial tie-rod, mill type and telescopic cylinders
• Repair of hydrostatic transmissions, pumps, valves and other hydraulic components including testing on 200HP test stand to monitor equipment performance under simulated operating conditions
• Replacement of rods, pistons, glands, and rechrome rods
• Authorized repair center for Eaton and Denison hydraulic pumps and motors

• Emergency hydraulic service
• Scheduled repair and hydraulic service work
• Hose assemblies, maintenance and repair
• Field installation and startup
• Crimp machine

All services are performed by a Certified Aeroquip hose assembler. The Aeroquip Express Hose truck is an authorized Eaton service and repair center.
 

Shop Services
When you need a custom specialty power unit, ESI is equipped to design, draw, and build the system you need. Our services include:

• Hydraulic fabrication/welding—in-house fabrication of hydraulic systems for nearly four decades.
• Engineering—Complete technical assistance for new system design, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Electrical panels- Included, as required, as a component on hydraulic power units and systems
• Hydraulic and pneumatic power unit repairs
• Hydraulics course—Basic and Advanced Hydraulics Training courses to assist customers in understanding the operation and maintenance of their systems and components.

We are proud to be the only certified supplier of fluid power systems to Caterpillar, Inc.
